We Need a Renaissance

Let's face it: the industry is in need of a change. I'm not going to lie and say we haven't seen some good shit come out of this generation of gaming so far (some would even argue that this is the best generation yet) but it seems that with all this horsepower, people have stopped looking at games the way games were intended to be looked at.
