Wii Zapper

The Wii Zapper is not anything close to an engineering marvel as some consider the Wii Remote to be. While the Wii Remote has an IR camera for pointing and accelerometers for movement detection (among other things), the Wii Zapper is a piece of plastic. It has one moving part although to call it a moving part is almost stretching it. There are plenty of people who will get a kick out of holding it like a gun. Kids as well as Teens and Adults who aren't quite as into playing video games as some.
